Currently, we’re seeking a Account Strategist (aka PPC Manager) to oversee the success of Meta Ads for a specific customer segment (~20 accounts per month). Our customers are rapidly growing eCommerce DTC brands based in the US, UK, CA, AU.
What you will need to do
- Helping Clients Grow Sales Online: Guide clients strategically to figure out the best ways boost shop sales via Meta Ads based on client’s business goals.
- Improve Ad Performance: Enhance the performance of advertising accounts to ensure a consistently high Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
- Maintain Communication: Keep clients informed about progress by providing regular updates, ensuring effective communication.
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns swiftly (ASAP) for a satisfactory resolution.
- Report: Give the manager regular updates on how everything is going based on your KPIs.
Requirements and Skills:
1. Placing profitable paid ads for eCommerce brands:
- experience working with ad technologies and solutions tailored for e-commerce businesses (such as Catalog Ads, Dynamic ads, Advantage+ Shopping Ads etc.)
- experience working in a digital advertising agency
- experience in developing and executing ad strategies to enhance online store Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Sales
- $100k+ worth of Meta ads managed for online stores (ideally DTC brands built on Shopify) based in US, UK, CA, AU or EU
2. Effectively handle communication with clients:
- speak and write in English fluently
- experience in building strong, personalized customer relationships
- passionate about engaging and communicating effectively with clients via email or chat
