We are a digital marketing agency that helps eCommerce brands to grow profitably. After IOS 14 updates, we understood that in order to grow a brand sustainably and at profit, it’s not enough to just create Facebook ads campaigns and hope for sales. Instead, we started focusing on the customer journey as a whole, from running Facebook, Google, TikTok, Snap ads, to building email marketing flows and optimizing websites for better conversions.

— Experience as an HR for 2 years;
— Fluency in English (B2+);
— Excellent communication and people skills;
— Aptitude in problem-solving;

— Strong empathy and interpersonal skills;
— Skills of general principles and approaches to full-cycle recruiting;
— Understanding of how the HR system works overall and how to implement HR processes (knowledge of basic HR processes: onboarding, assessment and training, offboarding);
— Skills for effective remote work in teams (online meetings, communication rules, etc.);
— Efficient time management (ability to prioritize and focus);
— Strong project management and organizational skills;
— Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
— Passion for creating a positive and supportive work environment;

Here is what you will do:
— Build Processes: Description and launch of onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding processes;
 Operations Management: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies;
— People Development: Help organize training & development initiatives. Organize annual employee performance reviews;
— Employee Engagement: Maintaining corporate culture and company values through internal team activities;
— People Partner: Employee’s mood monitoring. Risk management;
— Full cycle talent acquisition and recruitment processes;
— Implement and analyze data with essential HR metrics, such as time to hire, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), and employee turnover rates;
— Organize online activities;
— Conduct exit interviews and resolve employee-related issues;
