We are currently looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Email Marketing Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work with eCommerce projects and international markets.

AdTribe is a digital marketing agency that helps eCommerce brands to grow profitably. After IOS 14 updates, we understood that in order to grow a brand sustainably and at profit, it’s not enough to just create Facebook ads campaigns and wait for sales. Instead, we started focusing on customer journey as a whole, from running Facebook and Google ads, to building email marketing flows and optimizing websites for better conversions.

Here is what you will do:

— Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute email campaigns for the AdTribe clients.
— Create and set up automated email flows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart emails) based on provided designs and flow maps in Klaviyo or Omnisend.
— Provide feedback on design elements.
— Create and edit content for marketing campaigns.
— Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance and engagement rates.

Who are you?

— Completion of education or courses in the field of email marketing or marketing field.
— Understanding of the setup and launch process of email campaigns.
— English level — Upper-Intermediate, particularly in writing skills.
— Know how to write emails that make people care.
— Familiarity with email marketing platforms — Klaviyo / Omnisend.
— Passionate about eCommerce projects.
— You are willing to constantly learn and develop your skills in the dynamic field of email marketing.
— You are super responsible :)

Will be a plus if you have:

— Prior work experience in marketing field.
— Participation in projects related to international markets.
— Knowledge of Figma or other editing tools.
— Certification in email marketing.
