Обов’язки

• Establish and sustain strong relationships with the client;
• Maintain proactive real-time visibility into the client needs;
• Build and update product map for each client;
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to client accounts;
• Define and solve clients’ issues by escalating them to the responsible departments or team lead when required;
• Provide full platform training, onboarding and support to the new and existing clients;
• Plan and/or deliver platform trainings for new/existing platform features/modules;
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of VM modules & solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
• Collect feedback, success stories and analyze customers’ data, key use cases, quotes to identify best practices;
• Deliver feedback to BA & product stakeholders;
• Timely react to service cancellation notices and get immediate feedback from clients;
• Collaborate with the appropriate business functions and teams to assess and recommend technologies/ ideas/features that support client needs and improve the product in overall;
• Identify technology trends that may support or impede the success of the business;
• Proactively suggest optimization improvements for assigned client accounts;
• Create revenue planning for the assigned clients;
• Track key account metrics (comprehensive analytics of customers statistics);
