REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience working in news media
- Fluent command of the Ukrainian language and familiarity with the latest official orthography
- Ability to distinguish high-quality news from sponsored or biased content
- Creativity and the ability to work with different formats of content presentation
- A strong understanding of audience interests, especially on social media platforms
- Attention to detail, efficiency, discipline, and a willingness to learn continuously
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating and editing news content in accordance with editorial standards
- Managing a large volume of news: selecting stories, fact-checking, and avoiding paid-for materials
- Writing concise yet creative headlines
- Adapting content to match the interests of audiences on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms
- Collaborating with the editorial team, participating in topic planning and discussions
