REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence, etc.)
- Strong team management, process coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
- Ability to effectively plan, control, and evaluate task execution
- Experience in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring alignment between stakeholders, including developers, designers, and external partners
- Understanding how to adapt the work process
- English level — Upper-Intermediate
- Solid understanding of Agile and/or Scrum methodologies; certification (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP) would be a plus
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with metrics and reporting (e.g., velocity, burndown, project health)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Control project timelines and ensure timely delivery of results
- Maintain effective communication between developers, business teams, and partners
- Manage tasks, boards, and documentation to organize workflows
- Resolve team conflicts and maintain a healthy work environment
- Support processes and assign responsibilities for tasks and project stages
- Conduct retrospectives, planning sessions, and one-on-one meetings to improve processes and team development
