Business Development Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years in a product management, business ownership, or strategic growth role
  • Experience with AdTech / MarTech products or privacy-related technologies (CMPs, CDPs, DMPs)
  • Deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA, IAB TCF, and data privacy landscape
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products to multiple markets
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

WOULD BE A PLUS:

  • Experience with SaaS platforms, B2B clients, and/or publisher-side tools
  • Knowledge of consent UX best practices, tag management, and user segmentation
  • Understanding of legal-tech, reg-tech, or compliance-related solutions
  • Prior startup or scale-up experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of the CMP product: from vision to execution
  • Define and implement the product development strategy, aligned with business goals
  • Build product strategy, team structure, and operational processes from the ground up
  • Drive market expansion — identify opportunities and lead product rollout across multiple regions and verticals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Legal, Marketing, Sales) to deliver value
  • Analyze user needs, regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, TCF, etc.), and market trends
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery and long-term vision
  • Build strong relationships with partners, clients, and regulatory bodies where applicable
  • Monitor product KPIs and continuously optimize value proposition, adoption, and monetization
  • Represent the product in strategic discussions and support decision-making at the company level
