Compliance Officer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance, legal support, or risk management
• Higher education in Law, Finance, or Economics
• Strong knowledge of local and international compliance regulations (including AML, KYC, GDPR, and anti-corruption laws)
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility
• High standards of ethics and confidentiality
• Experience communicating interacting with regulatory authorities is a plus
• Fluent Ukrainian and an Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher (for reading regulatory documents and professional communication)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal company policies and external regulatory requirements (laws, industry standards, etc.)
• Develop, update, and implement compliance policies, procedures, and code of conduct
• Conduct regular compliance audits of internal processes
• Assess non-compliance risks and prepare reports and recommendations for mitigation
• Communicate with regulatory authorities and cooperate with external auditors when necessary
• Conduct internal training for employees on policies, ethics, anti-corruption practices, AML, sanctions, and other compliance-related topics
• Respond to potential violations and participate in internal investigations
• Maintain all necessary compliance-related documentation and prepare reports as required
