Senior Sales Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years in digital sales, ideally in AdTech, SaaS, or Publisher monetization
- Proven track record selling to publishers or media owners
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, Google Ad Manager, and ideally MCM
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken); other EU languages are a plus
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently and deliver under pressure
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
- Sell programmatic monetization solutions
- Identify client pain points and match them with Bidmatic’s platform capabilities
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with publishers
- Collaborate with product and account teams to ensure delivery and upsell opportunities
- Report on pipeline metrics, forecast accurately, and hit revenue targets
