Requirements:

• Level of English — Advanced
• Ad Tech Background (Preferably in programmatic division) 3+ years
• Good Sales manager experience/Business development (B2B and B2C), preferably in B2C
• Experienced user in CRM platfroms (Salesforce, Hubspot, Bitrix etc.)
• Experience with Display/Video/InApp monetization
• Experience in PPC, CPM, CPA campaigns management
• Experience in Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager
• High motivation to self-improvement and willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office suite
• Analytical ability
• Ability to get things done
• Ability to express your point of view clearly
• Organizational and planning skills
• Ability to hit goals and deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams

Desirable:

• International work experience
• Data analysis and reporting experience
• Positive and enthusiastic
• Familiar with data analysis and reporting

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Communication with existing clients, solving business issues
• Be responsible for performance and development of the Sales Team
• Be responsible for permanent increasing of customer base
• Analyse sales trends to develop monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Maintaining and developing strong relationship with clients and partners
• Ensure constant profitability growth
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans and strategies to penetrate new markets and clients
