— Good search technique skills;
— Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
— Upper-Intermediate level of English.

— Prepare job-descriptions;
— Post job advertisements;
— Identify, search and engage different types of IT-specialist;
— Coordinate all interview stages (technical, project and hiring manager/customer interviews);
— IT-market research;
— Pre-screen candidates to define skills, knowledge and experience according to position requirements;
— Interviewing candidates according to different soft skills methods;
— Keeping up and updating an internal database of candidates.
