— you have more than 2 years of experience in the Software industry as a developer, tester, requirements engineer, product owner or similar position
— you worked on a similar position (agile coach, scrum master, process engineer, etc) at least 1 year
— you are familiar with agile standards and best practices of software development
— you are able to work in English or German
— you have experience of direct communication with customers
— you have excellent communication and mentoring skills and love facilitation and moderation roles
— you are familiar with moderation tools and techniques

— experience working in banking or financial projects
— you have Scrum/Agile certifications
— experience working in distributed team
— you are ready to provide expertise in agile methodologies to customers and management

— support Product Owner to ensure a prioritized backlog is maintained and groomed to ensure sprints are seeded in advance
— monitor agile processes and meetings, drive efficiency and continuous improvement, motivate the team, ensure quality solutions, and define key performance metrics and progress tracking
— facilitate meetings and retrospectives with a team and/or customers and partners
— identify, address and escalate impediments in teamwork on all levels
