We’re building the new prime brokerage liquidity protocol for DEX-agnostic cross-margin trading with trader scoring mechanisms.

With Primex, lenders provide liquidity to pools where traders use it for leveraged trading, while lenders then have the opportunity to earn higher yields compared to lending protocols, as the interest is generated from margin fees and profits of successful trades.

The project will be launched on one of the Eth L2s and Moonbeam (one of the Polkadot Parachains). Primex.finance is backed by some of the top VCs in the space, incl. Stratos Technologies, Hypersphere, Coinfund and some others.

Now we’re extending the team and looking for a talented and motivated Solidity developer with experience building DeFi dApps and a deep understanding of blockchain technologies. ​​In addition to the monthly compensation, we also grant our team members with governance tokens of the protocol.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Solidity development
• Good knowledge of Truffle, Open Zeppelin, and Hardhat frameworks
• Understanding of DeFi mechanisms and building blocks, including liquidity pools, AMMs, and bonding curves
• Experience with DeFi protocols
• Deep understanding of ERC-20, ERC- 721, ERC-1155
• Good skills in smart contracts development and resolving security vulnerabilities
• Experience optimizing gas
• Fluent in English

Nice to haves:

• Experience with L2 protocols (optimistic and ZK rollups)
• Experience with Polkadot.js and, Substrate
• Development experience with JavaScript and Typescript
• Degree in computer science or a relevant field, or comparable experience
• Experience with Ethereum testing tools, e.g.Truffle, Embark, HardHat, etc.
• Experience writing automation tests
• Understanding in Uniswap, SushiSwap, Aave

Responsibilities:

• Write smart contracts;
• Write unit tests;
• Integrate with existing DeFi/NFT protocols;
• Research different, existing DeFi/NFT protocols;
• Create high-quality and well-tested Solidity code, following the latest design and development patterns;
• Write documentation, design flow diagrams, and review PRs;
• Research, design, scope, and estimate what you need to do;
• Collaborate with the UI team;
• Constantly improve yourself by keeping up to date with the latest technologies and trends.
