Now, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative, to help us expand our client base and drive growth. If you’re passionate about B2B sales, have a proactive mindset, and want to grow professionally in a dynamic IT environment, this is your chance!

For a perfect match, we expect 🎯

  • 1+ year of experience in pre-sales, SDR, Lead Generation Manager, or outreach specialist positions or similar roles in an IT company;
  • Deep knowledge of B2B sales processes.
  • Understanding of the IT-outsource model.
  • Basic understanding of IT technologies (Laravel, Node.js, React.js, WordPress, Shopify).
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Ability to negotiate and work with objections.
  • English B2+.

Nice to have 💎

  • Experience in bidding automation using Gigradar or other tools.

Duties & Responsibilities 💼

  • Research and identify new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Coordinate meetings, organize intro calls, and follow up with potential clients.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate lead tracking.
  • Research new channels for lead generation and analyze market trends to understand customer needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert potential clients.
