· You’re very data driven and have no problems crunching data in Excel and displaying the findings in presentation form.

Join Adjarabet’s P2P team as a Casino Coordinator. Responsibilities will include managing all internal and market data, coordinating market strategy and product road-map, for all Adjarabet Casino products.

Main Responsibilities:
· Help to come up with, brief in and manage online Casino promotions and marketing campaigns.
· Interrogating data, using event and customer insights and applying an STP (Segment, target, profile) approach towards driving relevant communication to the right person, at the right time through the right channel for the right reason.
· Constantly evaluating the successfulness of Casino campaigns, taking a “test, learn & optimize” approach in order to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
· Reporting on weekly Casino performance to line-manager as it relates to the KPIs set — Retention, active customers, Revenue, ROI & overall product performance.
· Releasing and testing Casino games.
· Look at initial performance indications of new releases and suggest how to promote/expose the game moving forward.
· Working very closely with other departments at Adjarabet and being the go to person for Customer Service and Marketing questions.
· Leverage your interpersonal skills to plan, execute & oversee live events off the back of your campaigns, aimed at building brand loyalty and enhanced customer relationships;
· Keep abreast of industry trends and be on top of competitor moves.
