About the Role:

We’re in search of a self-driven individual to support our growing operations in Poland and Ukraine.

Our future PE Accountant is comfortable with communicating with people across teams and departments, is able to solve problems and improvise as needed, and knows how to effectively estimate and manage time spent on a variety of tasks. If you’re a natural coordinator with a sense of “big picture” objectives and an eye for detail, there’s never been a better time to put your skills to use.

LOCATION — only Poland

Objectives and Responsibilities

• Full-cycle management and support of 110 PEs in Ukraine and Georgia
• Supervision of PE management in Poland and Romania via external vendors
• Monthly payslip and payroll administration
• Full-cycle contracting of new hires
• Primary banking documentation check

Qualifications:

• This is not your first job in the Ukrainian and IT PE Accounting fields
• Focus on details is your default condition
• Proven ability to collect and analyze data and report on measurable results
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Proven problem solving nature and ability
• English level: upper intermediate and above (both, spoken and written)
• Spoken Polish is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
