We are expanding our QA team and looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to ensure the highest quality of our platform. This is a hands-on role with significant impact on product reliability and customer trust.

About the Role
As a Senior Manual QA Engineer, you will play a key role in the end-to-end testing process of cybersecurity platform. You will design and execute test plans, verify complex features across multiple environments, and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, create, and execute manual test plans based on product requirements.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing across web-based and security products.
• Test complex features at both UI and technical levels (logs, DB queries, OS operations).
• Work across Windows, Linux, and Mac environments to validate product behavior.
• Conduct API testing with Postman and verify system behavior across multiple services.
• Query and validate data in SQL databases.
• Work with Kubernetes-based environments to collect logs and verify deployments.
• Manage and test virtual environments using VMware.
• Collaborate daily with developers, QA peers, and product managers to ensure smooth release cycles.
• Document, prioritize, and track issues to resolution.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Required Competence and Skills:

• At least 4 years of proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Hands-on experience with:
• SQL/database queries
• API testing (Postman)
• Windows, Linux, and Mac OS
• Kubernetes (basic understanding)
• VMware
• Experience testing web-based and security/networking products.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Prior experience working in a remote/distributed environment.

Advantages:

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for test case management.
• Exposure to automation concepts (basic scripting, test tools), though this role is primarily manual.
