About the Role:

We are looking for a DevOps Tech Lead to join our growing R&D department, take charge of our DevOps strategy, and guide a small, talented team of engineers. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing the DevOps roadmap, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient delivery processes. This role is ideal for a highly experienced DevOps professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to lead both strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and leverage cutting-edge technologies for our product’s infrastructure.
• Provide environments for product development and testing using infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Maintain application environments (Dev, Staging, and Production).
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Create tools to manage CI/CD, including Operators, Microservices, and other management tools.

• Integrate tools related to building, deploying, and monitoring software systems.

• Ensure application architecture follows DevOps best practices.

• Collaborate with development, product, and other stakeholders to provide innovative automation solutions.
• Execute POCs for evaluating new technologies that can take us forward.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• At least 3 years of experience in tech leading, creating, and executing tasks.
• 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes, including Helm and EKS in production environments.
• Experience with Terraform for scalable and secure infrastructure management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred).
• Experience with Linux systems, with proficiency in Bash and Python scripting.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS or similar.
• Strong understanding of scalability, high availability, and infrastructure security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a sense of accountability and ownership.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and able to articulate technical concepts clearly.
