REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related subjects.
- Prefer at least 6 years of experience in the following areas: Application Development, work with MS SQL, C# .Net 2.x, WinForms, JavaScript, support, bug fixing, investigations.
- Working with Team in Ukraine for USA based company so must be available, in general, between 3PM to Midnight Ukrainian Time Zone
The qualities we are looking for in a candidate is someone who will:
- Work collaboratively with the other development team members.
- Provide overall service and support for development, network operations, telecommunications, infrastructure, and web-based services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, to ensure application uptime and availability.
- Use data driven mindset to help with problem definition and solution.
- Utilize analytical skills to be able to analyze log files, program code and web resources to find solution to a problem.
- Be able to become involved in the development of new units/parts of the system.
- Support Windows scheduled scripts.
- Support Asterisk IVR scripts.
- Have an understanding of Security infrastructure.
— Hopefully have some familiarity and practice with troubleshooting SIP, managing SIP trunks, VOIP systems installation and configuration (Asterisk), Unix systems.
AcuCall is offering a contract position and as such you are considered a paid contractor not an “employee” so the amount shown for salary is the total amount paid, you can pay any taxes you wish to your respective government and/or taxing authority.
