Team Lead Backend Developer (Node.js + TypeScript)

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Team Lead, you will:
🔹 Lead and mentor a remote team of 6 developers, fostering a high-performance culture
🔹 Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions by removing blockers and guiding priorities
🔹 Translate business needs into clear technical strategies and execution plans
🔹 Work hands-on with backend technologies to evolve and optimize complex systems
🔹 Design and refine database architectures for high-traffic scalability

What We’re Looking For

✅ 1+ year of experience in a Team Lead role, managing and mentoring remote teams
✅ 4+ years of experience with Node.js in backend development for scalable, high-traffic applications
✅ 1+ year of experience with TypeScript
✅ Strong expertise in SQL databases, including schema design and performance tuning
✅ Experience in fast-paced startup environments and distributed teams
✅ Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align technical execution with business goals
✅ English — B2 or higher (comfortable communication)
