Необхідні навички

• At least 1 year of experience in 2nd or 3rd Level Application Support
• Basic tech skills: JavaScript knowledge
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Experience with task tracker programs: JIRA, Trello and others
• High level learning and analytical skills

Буде плюсом

• QA manual background would be a plus
• Technical mindset
• Knowledge and working experience with technical documentation (work with project documents, the ability to understand the technical language)
• Positive attitude towards challenges, self-motivated, well organized, result-oriented mindset
• Basic Wordpress knowledge
• Bot builder flow knowledge will be a very nice advantage

Обов’язки

• Thorough analysis of the customer support requests (emails, live chat, phone calls) (based on best practices in the market)
• Coordinate with Product team to troubleshoot and generate quick and long lasting solutions
• Maintain relationships with customers through customer feedback surveys
• Guiding customers through sign up of our platform and basic configuration support
• Take ownership of and resolve customers’ product issues via telephone, email etc.
• Work with engineering team to understand best deployment practices and product architecture
• Participate in the testing of new product releases
• Establish priorities and communicate rationale and timeframe clearly to customers
