REQUIRED SKILLS
• Fluency in Russian and English is a must;
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Social Sciences or a relevant discipline;
• Experience with the following technologies:
o MS Excel (Advanced usage of formulas, Pivot tables, VBA);
o PowerPoint (fluent in designing infographics, icons, graphs, charts, etc.)
o Familiarity with Tableau (graphs, formulas, dashboards, stories)
o Familiarity with SPSS (descriptive statistics, weighted averages, transform data)
o Familiarity with any of the scripting languages for Data Analysis and processing (R, Python etc.) will be an advantage;
o Knowledge of statistics and quantitative methods in research;
o Work experience 1+ years
• Ability to think creatively in terms of tool and process development;
• Ability to work independently;
• Flexibility and adaptability to ever-changing needs and responsibilities;
• Familiarity with the aid system and experience in humanitarian is an asset.

FUNCTIONS
1. Data Analyst activities:
The REACH Data Analyst will be responsible for:
• Providing data analysis support to the REACH office including but not limited to data cleaning, data processing, data analysis and data visualization;
• Supporting the development of interactive dashboards for data visualization;
• Providing information management support to the REACH office including document management and development of office database systems;
• Supporting the development of information management procedures.

2. Internal Communication Processes
The REACH Data Analyst will work closely with REACH Database Officer in country and IMPACT in Geneva to guarantee a quality product that suits the needs of the field office when required.

3. Confidentiality and Data Protection
The REACH Data Analyst will maintain the strictest confidentiality of data and processes. He/she will actively take measures to prevent the unauthorized sharing of information and data.
