We’re now looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will act as the communication and process bridge between internal teams, external marketing contractors, and our marketing agency.
What You’ll Do
🤝 Coordination Between Stakeholders (Group → Agency → Contractors)
- Act as the primary Marketing Coordinator across Astecture Group.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams, the external marketing agency, and freelancers.
- Monitor the execution of tasks according to agreements and deadlines.
- Provide contractors and agency partners with timely input, context, and requirements.
- Flag risks, delays, or issues early to the leadership team.
⚙️ Operational Process Building
- Set up effective communication and reporting flows between agencies and stakeholders.
- Help implement new marketing tools, including AI, and create clear workflows.
- Build documentation, guidelines, and internal processes for marketing operations.
📈 Market Research & Trend Monitoring
- Track new marketing tools, SMM formats, and AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends relevant to Group brands.
- Proactively suggest improvements and innovative approaches.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital project management
- Strong communication and organizational skills; you thrive in structured coordination work.
- Understanding of digital marketing basics and up-to-date marketing workflows.
- Curiosity and willingness to adapt to new technologies and AI tools.
- Ability to mediate between multiple stakeholders with clarity and diplomacy.
Nice to Have
- Experience collaborating with marketing agencies or freelancers.
- SMM knowledge (LinkedIn / Facebook content processes & best practices).
- Interest in employer branding or talent marketing.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools.
- Experience working in B2B, tech, or SaaS environments.
