— Understanding business analysis techniques and software requirements
— Technical/software development background and mindset
— Intermediate level of English
— Experience with UML diagrams (activity, state-machine and sequence diagram in particular), flowcharts and entity-relationship diagrams
— Experience with basic functions of JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Notion etc.

— Experience in writing user stories, use cases, software testing
— Experience with non-functional requirements analysis
— Understanding basic concepts of APIs and APIs testing
— Experience with wireframes development, understanding the main trends in modern web UX/UI

You will be working as a part of a multi-disciplinary team along with other BA.
— Obtain and analyze market data to support product decision making (benchmarking and market analysis)
— Research areas for improvements of clients businesses
— Document and manage requirements through interacting with different project stakeholders (customers, software developers, etc.)
— Create process maps, diagrams and analytical reports to support project implementation
— Verify project requirements to comply the development outcomes with customer’s business goals
— Work closely with software engineers to implement changes in the software
