BI Analyst Responsibilities:

• Communication with users to define goals and requirements for reporting
• Conduct workshops or presentations on bi-solutions for business users
• Maintaining internal BI documentation
• Analysis of BI tickets in JIRA created by users
• Analysis of feedback from users during the testing phase of a report
• Collaborating with coworkers to resolve issues

BI Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, statistics, business studies, or a related field
• Basic understanding of the BI solution (preference Power BI)
• Basic understanding of the ETL process
• Basic knowledge of SQL scripting for data analysis
• Basic understanding of the business processes company (finance, supply chain management etc.)
• Expert problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Collaborative mindset
• Fluent English
