Requirements include:
— Ability to effectively communicate to a variety of technical and non-technical contacts with strong English skills
— Solid project management skills
— Ability to establish good working relationship with customers
— Familiarity with Windows Server, IIS and basic networking
— Solid troubleshooting ability
— Ability to learn new technical skills quickly
— Multitasking skills

Desirable but not required:
— Project Management experience
— Experience with various mobile phone platforms, especially iOS and Android
— Knowledge of US banking system
— Training experience
— Software development exposure

Responsibilities include:
— Understanding our online banking platform and mobile applications in-depth
— Training banks and credit unions on mobile and online technology while communicating technical concepts at an appropriate level
— Tracking project statuses, meeting deadlines, and launching new products
— Installing, configuring and troubleshooting mobile and online banking software developed and supported by our company based on MS Windows Server, SQL server and .Net platform
— Coordinating integration with third party financial services
— Coordinating with product managers, technical support, and developers as needed
— Examining technical server logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues
— Performing basic QA tests after the installation and/or implementation of changes
— Troubleshooting and problem-solving across a software stack, progressing through different layers to uncover an issue
