Access Softek started developing software 30 years ago in Berkeley, California. Now, we have offices all over the United States and around the world, and are growing by the day! Our software is in use by over 350+ financial institutions, helping them to reach millions of customers and shape communities across the country. In addition, we have a technical development and consulting division that works for companies like Google, Sony and Nintendo.

This position is remote, full-time, and requires some overlap with Pacific daytime hours.

The position:

Day-to-day administrative support — password and access issues, assisting users, etc.
Jira — 600+ users, 150k+ issues
Confluence — 600+ users, 30+ spaces, thousands of pages
Jira Service Desk — 3 dedicated projects for client-facing teams
Continuous cleanup and consolidated of deprecated objects in the instance
Additional periodic administration duties for Salesforce and SalesLoft
