Required Skills/Experience:
— Successful and demonstrable experience Scrum Mastering for 1 or more software teams.
— Written and oral proficiency in both English and Russian.

— Preferred Skills/Experience (Any of these is a plus):
— Scrum Master certification
— Experience with Agile related methods and techniques, such as: User Stories, Vertical decomposition, Story grooming/refinement, Relative estimation, Burndown and Scaled Scrum.
— Familiarity with key attributes of Quality Cultures, such as: ATDD, TDD, CI/CD, Automated Testing, and Pairing.
— Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, dot Net, SQL, HTML5, JavaScript, Orchard, Gitflow & GitHub.

Essential Duties:
— Perform Scrum Master duties as defined in the Scrum Guide with 2, possibly 3 teams.
