2+ years of experience in interaction/game design;
Great eye and standard for design quality;
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop, AfterEffects);
Experience of mobile games, traditional board games, social games, and console/PC games;
Showreel/portfolio is a MUST;
At least Intermediate level of English.
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas;
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism;
Capable of meeting deadlines and handling work pressure;
High levels of self-organization and self-motivation.

Define user experience from a high-level concept to detailed design specifications using wireframes and prototypes;
Produce detailed UI specifications and UI guidelines to provide to our developers;
Collaborate with other members of the development team to refine design materials and propose design alternatives;
Ensure a consistent experience across platforms and devices;
Continuously validate and improve your design against actual usage data;
Stay updated on the latest developments, trends and thinking within mobile games and ads.

About: You will be responsible for creating interactive and playable mobile ads and be involved throughout the whole design process — research, brainstorming, design creation and working with developers to achieve the best outcome.
