Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager whose main tasks will include promoting our games, supporting partners, and managing the integration process and interaction with game providers for our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Promoting Our Games:
— Actively promoting our game portfolio (slots, crash games, virtual sports) among partners (aggregators and operators).
— Providing technical support to partners integrating our games via API (consulting, creating support chats, generating keys, etc.).
— Direct interaction with operators — regularly checking all operator domains where our games are hosted to ensure proper functionality and compliance with standards.
— Developing and coordinating proposals to boost game rankings with operators through discounts and special offers.
— Adjusting and optimizing game icons, banners, and other visual elements to enhance the appeal and user-friendliness of the games.
— Handling additional partner requests, such as bet adjustments, custom updates, and more.

2. Provider Management:
— Organizing and managing the integration process for games from various providers (both direct providers and aggregators) for our platform.
— Obtaining provider credentials (both general and individual).
— Collaborating with game providers and aggregators on integration, technical support, promotional campaigns, and other issues that may arise
— Following up on requests from the internal team and handling other requests related to game providers.

Requirements:
— At least 1 year of experience in iGaming or related industries.
— Understanding of game integration processes via API and interaction with game providers.
— Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
— Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with partners.
— Experience with visual elements of games (icons, banners) as well as a general understanding of casino games and their technical part will be a plus
