Project overview:

Hard skills:

  • Fluent English and good communication skills;
  • 1+ years of experience in a software company;
  • Technical background.

Nice to have:

  • 0.5+ years as a Microsoft infrastructure administrator;
  • Microsoft365 (Office365) Setup and maintenance;
  • Email work understanding and expertise in the mail servers setup. MS Exchange experience;
  • Active Directory set up and maintenance. Trust relationship. Policies;
  • Sharepoint knowledge;
  • Windows 10 workstation setup and maintenance;
  • Partch management and security audit;
  • Network work understanding. VPNs;
  • Backups/disaster recovery/regular maintenance planning and execution experience;
  • Ability to think outside of the box;
  • Willnes and ability to build comprehensive solutions that would be easy to support;
  • MFA understanding and on-hands experience;
  • Azure experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for registering tickets;
  • Ability to precisely follow instructions if exist;
  • Ability to quickly and get needed requirements from the client;
  • Quickly learn new tools and know how to solve problems;
  • Ability to manage tasks across the team;
  • Follow up on open tickets within the Team and external follow-up with customers;
  • Be proactive and think outside the box.
