Customer Support Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for candidates with experience in customer support who can handle emails, chats, and phone calls for an American furniture company.

Work Schedule:

  • Saturday & Sunday: 16:00 — 24:00 (Kyiv time).

Training:

  • Duration: 1 month (paid training, $2 per hour).
  • Schedule: Monday — Friday, 7:00 — 16:00.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using a PC and standard internet tools (Google Sheets, Google Docs, chats, etc.).
  • Experience with Amazon is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher).
  • At least 1 year of previous work experience (students with no experience may also be considered).
  • Stable internet connection and the ability to work from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality customer support via phone calls.
  • Processing and managing support requests.
  • Investigating, resolving, and analyzing issues using available resources (via phone and email).
  • Collaborating with internal staff and working closely with colleagues.
