Requirements:
— Upper- Intermediate or higher level of English both written and spoken;
— Knowledge of Boolean /
— Ability to identify and source top talent;
— Experience in IT sourcing (researching) or completed recruiting courses;
— Basic knowledge of IT technologies (programming languages, frameworks, databases, etc.).
— Strong organizational skills with experience meeting deadlines
Responsibilities:
— Сorrespondence with multiple English-speaking candidates in your pipeline;
— Conducting call with English-speaking candidates
— Drawing up CVs of candidates in a corporate format;
— Taking part in meetings in English
— Proactive identification of candidates that match the desired skill set for a current job opening;
— Sourcing on LinkedIn, Turbo Hiring, and any other avenues for finding talent;
— Gain a deep understanding of recruiting operations and the urgent needs of the hiring team;
