Location and working hours:
This position requires work from the office, and will be located at ABBYY Eastern European HQ in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Working hours are from 9 am to 18 pm

Обов’язки

• Support incoming issues from customers and respond accordingly
• Isolate and reproduce product issues, file reports and assist in providing timely workarounds and fixes to our customers
• Provide consultative advice to customers related to usage of ABBYY products
• Escalate issues to proper management with complete information
• Follow up with customers when promised/scheduled
• Other activities as assigned
