What does your role hold?
You’ll collaborate closely with clients (like Reddit, Unstoppable domains, Esper Bionics, and NewHomesMate), understanding their needs and crafting an ideal candidate profile with our sourcing team. Your knack for seeing beyond titles and base words will be very helpful as you interview candidates to determine their suitability for the client’s company. We want you to know that we’re giving you significant responsibility as you manage the hiring project, focusing on achieving results.

We’re seeking individuals who embody the following:

• Self-motivation and fearlessness in seizing opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• 2.5 to ∞ years of relevant experience as an IT Recruiter/Talent Partner (experience with tech and non-tech leadership positions is a must-have).
• Experience at product IT companies and/or startups OR deep understanding of the difference between product and outsourcing format
• Proactive attitude and ability to identify ideal matches and navigate relationships adeptly
• Responsibility, loyalty, and a result-oriented mindset
• Fluent proficiency in English and Ukrainian
• Ability to perceive the person beyond the title, listen attentively, and recognize individuals’ strengths
