Remoteam is an all-in-one global human resource management platform designed to help international hiring. The platform offers a wide range of services, including calculation of team hours, time off, holidays, bonuses and commissions, benefits like health insurance, and financial benefits, enabling clients to hire anyone from anywhere with one click. Remoteam is managing employees and contractors for Fortune 500 companies and the best startups worldwide.

Remoteam has a team of 25 people (and growing) who are currently scaling our product and our partner’s base. Remoteam expects to grow 10x by the end of 2022 and is looking for an up-and-coming or established Customer Success Manager to serve in a leadership role to help spearhead many of our growing projects.

This role will grow and evolve as our company grows and evolves. The role’s mission is to supervise the process of onboarding/offboarding of the candidate, communicate with related stakeholders, review agreements, approve the correctness of the invoices, make general inquiries related to the taxation in each country, costs, insurances, and any kind of regional limitations.

About you:

For reference, the best fit will have:

  • Excellent English (both written and spoken)
  • 1-3 years of experience in the Account Management role or any other role within Customer Success or Customer Support
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Critical and analytical thinking
  • Motivation to learn and grow
  • Enthusiastic and responsible personality
