Digital transformation of large transportation company organizational processes.
The project is the largest public transit authority in the United States, serving the New York metropolitan area. It operates subways, buses, commuter railroads, and bridges/tunnels, ensuring safe and efficient transportation for millions of residents and visitors daily.

Project Scope:
Continuously working on modernization and infrastructure improvement projects, including:

• Digital transformation: Enhancing real-time tracking, payment systems, and user experience.
• Subway & bus system upgrades: Implementing new technology for efficiency and safety.
• Railway enhancements: Improving operations.
• Sustainability initiatives: Incorporating eco-friendly solutions into transit infrastructure.

Mandatory requirements/skills:

4+ years of experience in:

• Power Apps (model-driven apps)
• Power Automate (cloud flows)

2+ years of experience in either of the following:

• Power Apps (canvas apps)
• Power Pages
• Power BI

Understanding DB design to develop/update Dataverse models.

Hands-on experience with security roles and permission settings.

Understanding of ALM.

Desired requirements/skills:

• Knowledge of React.js.
• Ability to work EST business hours.
• Ability to estimate a task before developing it.

Key responsibilities:

• Take ownership over assigned product module(s).
• Clarify requirements to the level of comfort estimation.
• Meet your own estimates and customer deadlines.
• Implement state-of-the-art software according to guidelines.
• Understand colleagues’ code, and provide peer review.
• Play in the team to improve each other mutually.
