What the role is
Respond (in english) to requests for technical assistance (in person, via phone, email and ticket support center).

What you will be doing:

● Respond (in english) to requests for technical assistance (in person, via phone, email and ticket support center);
● Able to work with users in different levels across multiple countries;
● Managing IT’s ticket queue;
● Troubleshoot and support Windows laptops;
● Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues;
● Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on client questions and problems; ● Redirect issues to the appropriate resource;
● Identify situations requiring urgent attention.

What you need for the role:

● At least 2 years of experience as a Help Desk/IT Support Specialist;
● Excellent English — written and verbal;
● Strong desire to learn and to progress in the IT field;
● Strong drive to provide excellent customer service;
● Ability to work independently;
● Excellent organizational skills;
● Resourcefulness and problem-solving attitude.
