Our Customer:
A global technology organization operating complex IT initiatives across multiple regions.Your Tasks:
- Provide end-to-end PMO support to global project managers across multiple time zones, including the US and Brazil.
- Oversee IT project portfolio governance, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, risk management, resource allocation, and ROI optimization.
- Develop, track, and manage project and portfolio budgets, maintaining full financial visibility and forecasting accuracy.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through retrospectives, lessons learned sessions, and process optimization efforts.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between IT teams, senior leadership, and global stakeholders.
- Leverage data-driven insights and emerging technologies (including AI and advanced analytics) to improve delivery efficiency.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in IT PMO or Project/Program Management roles.
- PMP certification.
- Strong experience in project portfolio governance and financial management.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Sciforma.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong data-driven decision-making mindset.
- Fluent English (written and spoken), with the ability to lead complex discussions and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or similar).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills across global teams.
