Our Customer:

An international product company operating in the insurance technology domain and developing enterprise-grade business automation and data management solutions.

Your tasks:

• Develop and scale a new full-stack platform from the ground up.
• Build backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Implement frontend functionality with React or Next.js.
• Participate in architecture, cloud infrastructure, and system design decisions.
• Create scalable and maintainable platform components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new product capabilities.
• Take ownership of technical solutions and engineering quality.

Required experience and skills:

• 5+ years of commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• 5+ years of frontend development experience with React or Next.js.
• Strong full-stack engineering background with backend-oriented expertise.
• Experience building products or platforms from scratch.
• Strong understanding of scalable system design and cloud architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently in a greenfield environment.
• Senior or Tech Lead level experience.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with enterprise SaaS or data-driven platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with distributed systems and high-load environments.
• Previous technical leadership or mentoring experience.

Working conditions:

• 5-day working week, 8-hour working day.
• Remote work.
