— International sourcing experience in IT sphere at least 1 year
— Strong written and spoken English skills required
— Experience sourcing candidates through various platforms including recruiting databases, social media,
online job boards and referrals
— Strong communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
— Experience working with applicant tracking systems and Excel
— Remote work;
— Full-/ part-time ( 40 hours per week/ 20 hours per week );

— Build a strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates
— Constantly monitor the labor market in different countries (Poland, Georgia, Romania, Bulgaria)
