As our IT Recruiter, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, leverage modern sourcing and AI tools, and help us attract exceptional technical talent for international projects.

Cooperation: Long-term.
Position: New.
Timezone requirements: 9 am. — 6 pm. or 10 am. — 7 pm. UA time zone (UTC+2).

English: Fluent.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, focused on technical roles.
• Experience in sourcing candidates across Ukraine and international markets (Europe, LATAM).
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
• Familiarity with ATS such as CleverStaff, PeopleForce, Hurma, or similar (CleverStaff is a plus).
• Experience creating vacancy descriptions when needed.
• Communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Experience in using AI tools in recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in English at Upper-intermediate or higher (must-have).

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer for technical roles.
• Independently source candidates across platforms.
• Guide candidates through each stage: feedback, communication, and job offers.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on requirements.
• Use AI tools to optimize sourcing and outreach.
