What is required:
Experience as an IT recruiter for at least 3 years;
Experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing sector will be a plus;
Good knowledge of sourcing methods;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with teamwork experience;
Experience in Team lead role will be a plus;
At least Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
Work Schedule and location
Flexible: it is not necessary to sit out in the office from 09:00 to 18:00.
