You will fit if you have:
Previous experience in Project/account/program management (combo ideally)
Ability to manage several teams in parallel and deliver multiple projects, identifying the needs of customers and helping developers to drill where they need to.
Knowledge/understanding of SDLC, PMBOK, Scrum Guide
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Client-management & relationship management skills
Ability to transform projects according to Agile processes and standards
Experience in proposal preparation and presentation
Risks, issues and scope management
Advanced level of English

What responsibilities & tasks will wait for you?
70% of account management & 30% of project management
Participation in pre-sales, client engagement, and onboarding.
Client relationship building and improvement
Coordinating of subcontractors/partners and other PM’s
Developing relationship with dedicated teams, the time-to-time business analysis of their deliverables, and workshops to improve QoS
End-to-end delivery of multiple projects: which includes communication with the customer and stakeholders, project estimations, and management of project teams
Engaged in client’s discussion regarding the project scope and timelines
Implementing SDLC/PM practices, taking ownership of project outcomes
Client satisfaction feedback gathering and sharing
Account growth and development
Manage corrective actions and risks
Manage escalated issues for resolution
Perform delivery assurance
Review Monthly Forecasts and Plans with your account

With whom you would interact?
In direct subordination of CEO & COO.
Direct subordinates and further may appear together with the growth of the projects.
Work in conjunction with contractors and developers, frequent communication with partners and subcontractors.
