Business Development Manager / IT Sales manager (вакансія неактивна)

Необхідні навички

We expect from you:
— 2+ years of experience in sales or customer oriented related role
— At least 1+ years of experience in IT sales
— Excellent language, writing, communication and presentation skills to effectively explain a solution to a customer’s problems
— Good command of English (B2 and higher) as you will be working with European customers.
— Good understanding of Software development life-cycle.
— Understanding of different financial outsourcing models (T&M, Fixed Price, Cost+)
— A desire to establish independent Sales direction prospecting new markets (European countries)
— Strong business acumen and your results oriented

Обов’язки

— Looking for new lead within European countries using personal network, LinkedIn, etc
— Processing inbound leads
— Communication with clients, gathering requirements, provide clients with estimation / closing deals
— Later: Onsite visits (road shows to new prospective clients, professional events (tech conferences, conferences for C-level managers, etc.) with BizDev from Germany)

And Software development is one of the services we provide clients with. For today, all sales activities runs through the German office.
Our clients are mainly German mid-sized and big companies with over 1 000 employees operating internationally.
Why we’re looking for Business Development manager?
We want to grow. Now in Lviv there is a software development center, and we position ourselves as a service company. In case where our clients need software development — the Lviv office is being joined. All sales run through a German office. Doing our business for years, we have gained strong expertise in software development like E-commerce solutions, web based custom applications (for real estate, for sales and marketing), corporate web-portals, application for warehouse and inventory management thus we ready to operate as a fully independent outsourcing software development company and provide our clients with full services of software development lifecycle based on the Lviv office.
