Senior Recruiter (вакансія неактивна)

— 3+ years of full-cycle of IT recruiting experience in recruiting agency or in IT company
— Perfect understanding of worldwide technical trends and Ukrainian IT market features
— Wide candidates network that you have been maintained over the last few years
— Using non-conventional platforms for search (Github, StackOverflow, Telegram groups, and so on)
— Knowledge and using of Boolean Search and X-ray approaches
— Ability to work under the strict deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
— Ability to work directly with the foreign stakeholders (Germany) without additional supervision
— Intermediate level of English or German is a must

— Strong business acumen and communication skills
— Willingness to run or participate in HR activities, like salary and skills reviews, tracking of engagement and satisfaction level, and so on
— The desire to optimize Recruiting / HR processes and become a Recruiting Lead / Head of HR during the next few years
