Business/Requirements Analyst (вакансія неактивна)

You will play an important role in a full-stack team which develops SIXT SHARE product, one of the most fast growing mobility solution in Europe.

In this role you will:
• Gather, process, clarify and specify business requirements for hardware integration, billing, etc. ;
• Work within international team of highly skilled product owners, developers and architects;
• Perform acceptance testing;
• Support Product Owner in analysis and research activities;
• Continuous improvement of the requirement’s management process.

Essential requirements:
• Previous experience as Proxy Product Owner, Project Manager or Business Analyst;
• Experience in writing of requirements and specifications;
• Experience with Scrum, KanBan, Scaled Agile;
• Strong business value orientation;
• Deep understanding of development processes and software life cycle;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in English;
• Basic SQL and API testing;
• Familiar with BPMN.

Nice to have’s:
• 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance;
• technical background in Software Development;
• Experience in writing in specification of integrations;
• Automotive or Finance experience;
• Business Analyst Certification;
• A master’s degree in Engineering or Finance/Economics;
• “fluency” in Object-Oriented Analysis;
• Business Process Modeling;
• Data Modeling;
• any level of in German, wiliness to learn German;
• Understanding the fundamentals of UX/UI design process;
