In this role you will support our international expert Scrum team in delivering high-quality software the Sixt Chauffeured Systems, which is a essential part of the next generation mobility ecosystem.
• support your team over the whole lifecycle of the product with manual tests to provide the best quality,
• design QA test plans, organize releases, take part in the test realization and document test cases,
• work on the continuous improvement of team processes and quality assurance procedures.
• build effective communication by eliminating constraints typical for distributed teams,
• drive the improvements of your team permanently in the scope of self-organization and self-responsibility,
• promote the use of agile principles, coach software engineers and business departments,
• define and refine Agile metrics to understand team performance and
• facilitate the Scrum process from sprint planning through to daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• profound knowledge in Scrum as well as the agile methodology, if possible experience as Scrum Master
