Requirements:

• 3/4+ years of Marketing experience in the IT Services sector.
• Previous engagement with Outsource/Outstaff companies is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in working with the USA market.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English at an Advanced level.
• Strong grasp of contemporary customer acquisition methods and pre-sales expertise.
• Capability to effectively present data to key stakeholders.
• Self-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and developing key functions in marketing organization: Digital, Content, Communications.
• Creating marketing plans including budget planning and execution management, as well as leads/revenue forecasting.
• Manage social media platforms like LinkedIn by creating engaging content, creating posts and fostering community engagement to enhance brand visibility and drive sales leads.
• Develop a blog on the company website, curating articles that address industry trends, provide valuable insights, and showcase expertise to attract and retain website visitors and potential customers.
• Create and manage a Clutch account at the company website to keep feedback coming in.
• Interacting and engaging with new customers.
• Collaborate with the team to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at attracting new clients, focusing on pre-sales initiatives such as lead generation, market research, and customer profiling to optimize conversion rates and revenue growth.

Work Environment:

• This is a remote/hybrid position based in Kyiv. Our office is equipped to ensure work continuity during blackouts or air raid sirens.
