We are currently seeking a Middle+ QA Team Lead / Manager to become a valuable member of our team!

Our project is a platform that reaches over 500 million daily users.The technology employed by our client involves the real-time analysis of user data, considering factors such as geography, device type, referral source, shared filtering, and social media trends. This intricate analysis allows for the prediction of user preferences and what content they might want to consume next.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting regression tests on functional processes and developing necessary test plans for various processes.
• Collaborating with the QA and engineering teams to document essential test plans and ensuring alignment with product development engineers for designing comprehensive test plans.
• Analyzing both functional and nonfunctional requirements for automation test frameworks and providing training to the team when needed.
• Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and constructive feedback.
• Creating detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Serving as the scrum master on the project, coordinating the team’s efforts, and reporting project status to clients.
• Building and nurturing an effective and collaborative QA team.
• Mentoring team members to support their professional growth.
• Communicating client business needs to the team and managing client expectations.
• Defining and supporting project processes and strategy.
• Organizing and leading project status and working meetings, preparing and distributing progress reports, managing risks and issues, correcting deviations from plans, and performing delivery planning for assigned projects.
• Championing ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of testing experience.
• Advanced English level.
• Coordination experience with a QA team of 5 people.
• Proficient in testing web and mobile applications (functional, UI, API).
• Strong skills in requirements analysis.
• Expertise in creating test cases, checklists, and how-to documents.
• Experience in creating bug reports and verifying bugs.
• Ability to prepare test data and gather QA metrics, creating reports.
• Onboarding of newcomers and coordinating knowledge transfer.
• Conducting interviews for QA positions.
• Understanding of SDLC and bug life cycle.
• Ability to design and document test cases based on business requirements.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies.
• Good level of test design.
• Ability to work autonomously with a remote team of managers and developers.
